About Me

• I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist with the  State Medical Board of Ohio since 2009.  I attended SHI Integrative Medical Massage School in Lebanon Ohio, and later completed continuing education certification in Neuromuscular massage, and post isometric muscle release.   I have had the opportunity to work with  various groups of people who have improved their health and quality of life through massage therapy. Some of these were athletes looking for pain relief due to strained muscles,  office workers with chronic pain due to ischemic muscles in neck and shoulders, many suffering pain from an old injuries, holding patterns in muscles from  overcompensating, and decreased range of motion in joints, migraine sufferers and more. My goal is to be able to help you with your health goals whether it be lower stress or anxiety, relief in chronic pain management or dysfunction or maintaining your health with the general benefits massage has to offer.
